about our bread
All of our breads and cookies are baked on-site from scratch. We bake the old fashioned way, with local ingredients. We use real butter, whole milk, whole grains, unbleached flour and organic whole wheat flour brought in from just 300 miles north of our bakery in Duxbury. We use no preservatives or stabilizers, so our goods are meant to be enjoyed within 2-3 days. All breads taste best the day they are baked.
about freezing
All our breads can be frozen. Once the bread is completely cooled, wrap in a plastic bag and freeze. When you are ready to eat, allow the bread to thaw at room temperature, place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes and serve warm.
